Thank you Nicoletta for orchestrating the perfect Italian trip for our family of five! We traveled though Venice, Florence and Rome for a period of nine days.
In each city she matched us with a private tour guide and the guides that we met were wonderful – I mean really fantastic! Each tour guide engaged the children and brought the amazing history of Italy to life with games, books and activities.All the transfers that Nicoletta set up were one time and excellent.
Nicoletta found hotels and apartments that could accommodate our family of five which is by no means an easy task.
Additionally, she arranged activities for the children that they enjoyed and gave them a much welcomed break to all the walking we did as a family. There were couple of issues with the apartments that we stayed in in Rome, however; Nicoletta worked tirelessly to correct the issues ensuring that the issues had no impact on our trip.
I highly recommend working with Nicoletta to plan your next Italian vacation. My family would not have experienced anything near what we experienced without her efforts.
