We are back from our trip and I wanted to thank you so much for making it so special and memorable for our family. Despite our initial travel challenges and arriving late in Venice, we had an amazing trip, thanks to your detailed planning, flexibility, responsiveness and great recommendations. The children very much enjoyed a mix of historical tours and other fun activities, especially the food stroll in Rome, pizza making class in Naples and the mask making class in Venice. There were great hits!
My husband and I were very pleased with the tour guides you connected us with. They were friendly, engaging and great with our children, and so well versed in their country’s history and culture. We were really happy with the pace of the trip, as well. The itinerary you prepared for us, down to the time of our transfers, check-ins at hotels, etc. was perfect. We never felt too rushed and all of the logistics were quite flawless. You and your agency did such a wonderful job of communicating the details to us and following through, so that we never had to worry or wonder about anything on our schedule.
As I am sure you are always looking for feedback on how to improve, I’d say the one tour that felt overly long was the Capri boat tour. There was a lot of time spent on the circling the island slowly without real opportunities to swim. The captain also did not engage very much. Then, when we docked on the island, we had ~4 hours to play at the beach. Given that the water was very cold and the beach was rocky, this felt long.
Anyway, I will be sure to pass your name onto our many friends looking to travel to Italy in the near future. And I hope we can work together in the future, as we hope to return to your wonderful country!
