We wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for the incredible job you did planning our family’s trip to Italy. From Rome to Florence to Tuscany, every detail was thoughtful, seamless, and so well-suited to traveling with kids — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We made so many memories with our 9-year-old, 8-year-old, and almost-5-year-old that we’ll cherish forever.
Every person we met along the way made the experience even more special. Nick, our golf cart driver in Rome, was so friendly and welcoming — he even took us to his favorite local gelato spot (we loved it so much, we went back again on our own!).
Our driver from Florence to Tuscany was equally incredible — so kind and accommodating. When our oldest started to feel car sick, he made a special stop for us to stretch our legs and take a beautiful hike. He also arranged two lunch reservations for us, and both of his recommendations ended up being our favorite meals of the trip.
The hotels you selected were wonderful — especially Kraft Hotel in Florence, with its stunning views, kind staff, and rooftop pool, and Fattoria San Donato in Tuscany. Fattoria felt like home the moment we arrived. They were absolutely amazing with our kids, and their cooking class was a highlight of our whole trip. We’re still talking about Merlot, their sweet flat-haired retriever who completely stole our hearts.
