The newest alpine delight! Take the Bernina Express train and travel along one of the world’s most spectacular railway routes.
This railway, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008 starts from the town of Tirano, northern Italy, moves through the spiraling Brusio viaduct. You’ll ride across the Swiss Alps along the Bernina Pass (2253 meters above the sea level) into the Engadin Valley to the exclusive ski resort of St. Moritz.
On the path you'll pass wild gorges and icy glaciers, cross soaring bridges and shoot through loop tunnels. This north-south Alpine ride offers breathtaking vistas and stunning landscapes as you travel over boldly curved viaducts and through twisting tunnels. After the train journey you will visit the exclusive resort of St. Moritz, stopping at Switzerland’s best chocolate house and enjoy free time to explore the resort before returning to Milan by air-conditioned bus.
