DAY 1: ARRIVE BARI
Upon arrival at Bari airport, meet your private driver for transfer to your hotel accommodation in Conversano. Check in a historical residence. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.


DAY 2: COOKING CLASS IN A TRULLO HOUSE
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit Gioia del Colle, Puglia’s hidden jewels as the name, gioia, literally means jewel. The small town, located strategically in the heart of Puglia, is also the birthplace of the popular Primitivo wine. Visit of  the castle and its museum, the churches, the historical center, followed by a visit to a family winery. Lunch in Gioia del Colle. Transfer to a Trullo House in the countryside, a conical limestone dwelling, for your first cooking class and dinner. Evening at leisure in Conversano. Overnight.


DAY 3: POLIGNANO A MARE AND OLIVE OIL TASTING
Breakfast at the hotel. Start your day with a visit to an oil mill followed by a guided oil tasting. Continue to Alberobello, walk among the ancient Trulli Houses, visit the Trullo Sovrano and museum. Continue to Polignano a mare, a charming town by the sea. Lunch in a slow food restaurant. Return to the countryside for your second cooking class and dinner. Evening at leisure in Conversano. Overnight.


DAY 4: MATERA CAVE HOUSES
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit of Matera and its UNESCO World Heritage site “the Sassi." Learn about these ancient dwellings and breathe in the energies of the past. Lunch will be at a selected restaurant in the town of Gravina. Visit this medieval town and head back to the Trullo for your third cooking class and dinner. Evening in Conversano.


DAY 5: THE GROTTOES OF CASTELLANA
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour to Castellana Grotte, an amazing complex of caves and their rock formations. Continue to Locorotondo and have lunch in a slow food restaurant in the historical center. Visit Locorotondo and relax before you head to the countryside for your fourth cooking class. Evening in Conversano. Overnight.


DAY 6: DEPART ITALY
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure transfer to Bari airport or train station. Continue your trip or return with great memories and many recipes to recreate at home.
