Having a tour coordinator in Italy, with direct knowledge of the landscape, the cities & towns, the hotel’s & restaurants, and the drivers and tour guides, was an essential element to a memorable tour. We flew into Milan, made stops in Parma, Moderna, Bologna, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Sienna. Fiorella took great care with all of our connections, which were seamless. We normally plan our own trips in Europe and make our own connections. But having Fiorella do it for us relieved us of all the stress of finding our own way.
