5/5 stars! My fiance and I were looking to plan a honeymoon to Italy, our first time there, that included stops at Venice, Florence, and Rome to eat great food and experience the culture and history of the cities.
Monica contacted us the first day we reached out and has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. She really worked with us to figure out what were were hoping to experience while in Italy and she made it happen! She was also very timely and reliable in her responses (even replying to a question we had in the time it took us to walk from the plane to the driver meeting location in the airport) and addressed all of our questions and concerns completely. We wanted a more structured experience so we could pack a lot of activity into a short time with recommendations for restaurants and where to walk around in downtime to decrease the stress/ wandering/ time wasted trying to decide what to do when there. The tours she set up on the first day in each new city set a positive tone and gave us ideas for subsequent days.
The tour guides were all very knowledgeable and skilled story tellers. In addition to general city tours, we expressed interest in food tours and cooking classes, which were tasty and a lot of fun. Monica set up transfers between airports, hotels, and trains that went off without a hitch.
Overall both the planning experience as well as the trip were easy and stress free allowing us to just be excited to go there and to be there.
The trip was unforgettable, cannot recommend Monica and Cultural Italy highly enough!
