Most of the tours were with small groups, and very well done. We loved our hotels, and the whole trip was a success. We did miss one tour because of arriving too late, and Fiorella knew immediately. Before we even got back to the hotel, she had already called and rescheduled our tour.
Even though we were thousands of miles away from home, we felt as if someone was watching out for us. This comfort made the trip more relaxed and even more enjoyable. This was truly the best experience that my husband and I have ever had, and we have Fiorella and Cultural Italy to thank for it.
