Thank you for your top-notch service in planning the accommodation in Milano and Florence as well as all the transfers for the two weeks in Italy.
The accommodations were fantastic; the close proximity to attractions and restaurants was great, the hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and of great quality. The Grand Hotel Minerva was a delightful last stop, as you noted. The scheduled transfers made for pleasant, hassle free travel between five cities, which is important, especially when traveling with six people.
