We have submitted reviews on both TripAdvisor and Zicasso for your agency and Roberta specifically. The trip was absolutely wonderful. There were many highlights of the trip but I’d say the most remarkable one was our time spent at Castello di Tornano. We never asked for the time spent wandering Tuscany in our original request. When Roberta provided the first itinerary I was investigated the few hotels she had given as examples and thought it sounded worth trying. I’m so glad we did. Driving around the country side was fun and we definitely saw a very different aspect of Italy than our time in the cities provided. The castle it self was a truly unique experience. Actually, all of the accommodations were fabulous. The facilities were all beautiful, the people warm and helpful, and the locations exactly what we would have hoped for. The tours, skip-the-line tickets, and ground transport arrangements were all well thought out and highly appreciated as well. As for sights our favorites were definitely the Sistine Chapel, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Uffizi, Piazzale Michelangelo, Manarola (the whole village :), and walking Venice at sunrise.
