Marcella,
It was so easy working with Marcella on coming up with the best itinerary for our Italy and France trip. Marcella was always a pleasure to work with and so helpful all the time. We couldn’t have had a better trip if it wasn’t for her diligent work on our requests and organized method of putting together all the tours, hotels and special requests.
The best tour was having a dedicated personal shopper (guide) take us around Florence to find locally made products at some boutiques and explain the good and bad about the products in Florence. It was so worthwhile we extended our tour guide for shopping by 3 hours and we found such awesome gifts plus we ate lunch with her at a local café.
The tour guides spoke English well and were very informed of the places we visited. Every tour was such an awesome and amazing learning experience.
The pick and drop off transfer guides were always on time which made our entrance and exits of each town less stressful and pleasant.
My husband and I got a lot of wonderful pictures for our memory photo book from this customized trip created in partnership with Marcella.
This is the only way to travel Europe!
