The trip was great! Kolbe hotel was good. Napolean hotel in Rome provided excellent service, but beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was top notch. The hotel in Sorrento was good. Great trip overall. We liked Luca, he was a bit dry in his delivery, but well informed and helpful. The guide in Ercolauneum was excellent. The boat trip to Capri was awesome and a highlight of the trip! The drive to Amalfi was good, but we were tired by then and ready to rest at hotel.
Guide for Louvre was excellent! Hotel Le General was just okay, but I realize Paris is not your expertise.
Look forward to returning to Italy to see Venice and Sardenia and Sicily.
