Thank you again for planning our trip to Italy. Everyone had a wonderful vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks in Italy.
You did a great job choosing our hotels (the hotel locations were perfect for us), our tours and excursions.
For each of the cities we visited, your choice of tours and tour guides (with one exception) were perfect.
Luca in Rome was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about Roman history and the Vatican, and he was very good with the kids.
In Florence, our guide was Gastone for both the walking tour and the Uffizi Gallery. We loved having Gastone as our guide. He was a great story teller and knowledgeable as well.
Monica was our guide in Venice and she was absolutely perfect for us. Through out the tour of St. Marks Square and the Doge’s Palace, she involved the kids whenever possible.
In Milan, our guide was Alberto. He too was a wonderful guide and very patient with us and our questions.
Your choice of these guides were perfect and I would highly recommend using these tour guides again.
The villa and pool at Mercatale was wonderful; plenty of room for all 15 of us. The chef was fabulous; the food they prepared each night was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed our cooking lesson; even the kids got involved and made pasta.
We enjoyed all the excursions from the villa and the wine tour.
The highlights from the trip would be seeing the ruins first hand, being at the Vatican, touring the museums and viewing all the art works from these amazing artists.
The David was amazing and seeing the Last Supper left us in awe. For the kids, the highlight of the trip was the pool at the villa!
Everything went smoothly, we had no problems with the tours, the drivers, the transfers. You did a wonderful job planning all the details for us.
This was a stress free vacation for all of us. We did not have to worry about anything.
I also wanted to thank you for providing us with your private cell phone number in case anything went wrong. Just knowing that you were a phone call away and would take care of any problems that came up made us feel relaxed.
