We overall has an absolutely wonderful time! The itinerary was so well planned to every detail that it made traveling to 4 different cities in a country we had never been to flawless. It was awesome to get to see and do as much as we did in so little time.
Our guides as well as our drivers were all wonderful, easy to talk too and knowledgeable.
The hotels were all wonderful as well, the service was incredible at every hotel and the included breakfasts were great!
My only (and I mean only) complaint was that our room at our hotel in Florence (Palazzo Niccolini Al Duomo) was a little small but apart from that – like I mentioned before – the hotel service was wonderful and the location was great!
