My daughter and I recently returned from a trip to Italy. We were in Venice, Cinque Terre and Rome. Before our trip, I needed help with the planning and Zicasso referred me to Cultural Italy and I was put in touch with Laura Postolis, an Italy Travel
Designer. She was fantastic. She worked with me on budget, hotels, transfers, and tickets. We talked about all that we wanted to do and see and she helped direct us to the best options.
The hotels which she recommended were in super locations and they were beautiful. The hotel in Venice was off from the crowds and on the Grand Canal. The room had a gorgeous view of the sea. The hotel in Cinque Terre was stupendous as it had
a giant balcony, all for us, overlooking the beach and the water with a heavenly view. It was 2 minutes from the train station so that the location that Laura picked for us was perfect.
Before we left, Laura sent us fully detailed itineraries with maps and pictures explaining how to get to our tours and transportation. She emailed the tickets for every tour and every train ride which made the trip so much easier. We spoke many times to fine tune the trip and Laura was always available and helpful. She really listened to what I needed and she followed through with whatever she said she would do. She even helped my get tickets to something that wasn’t on the itinerary.
If you are planning a trip to Italy, I highly recommend using Laura as your advisor.
She is warm, friendly, competent, and attentive to details. I would give her an A++++!
