Ciao, Fiorella. Now that we are back home, Mike and I wanted to let you know how absolutely amazing our trip was! It met and exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. Not one single detail was overlooked. From the very first email (of hundreds) you were professional, intuitive, well-organized and a lot of fun to work with. You listened to our needs and wants, and your suggested itinerary reflected your insight and thorough knowledge of Italy. It was quite varied from chichetti tasting in Venice to a private and incredible 4 day tour of Puglia.
The companies that you chose, whether it be for a driver, private tour or a small group, were obviously carefully chosen. They provided a great experience with a personal touch. The hotels all had great locations and the service was always commendable.
You took away all of the normal hassles of travel (hotels, transfers, transportation, etc.) so that we could relax and have a great time while enjoying the sights, people and experiences. We really appreciated updates throughout the trip as well as you asking for feedback to ensure there were no issues.
The only thing we would do differently, if we had the chance, would be to add more unscheduled time in the itinerary, which you had suggested.
You have a special talent and you have our highest recommendation. The best agent we have ever worked with!!! We had an unforgettable experience.
