When my husband and I decided to plan a last-minute trip to Italy, I immediately requested to work with Monica Peretto from Cultural Italy again. Monica helped plan our dream itinerary in 2019 when we surprised my mom with her first Italy trip, and I couldn’t wait to work with her again! Monica’s attention to detail, coordination prowess, and remarkable efficiency completely took away the stress of planning an international trip. Monica ensured we had private transportation between airports, train stations, and hotels, which allowed us to maximize our time without worrying about finding local taxi services. While we had a general idea of the museums, attractions, and locations that we wanted to visit, Monica was able to turn those vague ideas into a fantastic itinerary that catered to our specific interests. Monica made sure to check in with us throughout the duration of the trip, and she was always available to assist with any issues that came up. In particular, Monica helped us make a large itinerary change with only a couple of days’ notice, and I cannot thank her enough for being so accommodating. Monica was also essential in making sure we were aware of local COVID restrictions and regulations, and she went above and beyond to assist us in scheduling the required COVID tests prior to international travel back to the U.S. I was able to truly enjoy the trip because Monica took care of all of the little details to make it run smoothly. I look forward to working with Monica on our next Italian adventure!!
