Good afternoon Monica!
Our two-week experience in Italy was wonderful! The travel package that you put together for us exceeded all of our expectations. Everything from our accommodations to our ground transportation to our tours was just as we had hoped it would be. Of course, Italy is a wonderful place, but we could not have put together a trip like this on our own. Personal highlights of the trip included the city of Venice and a private tour of St. Mark’s Basilica, our cooking class in Florence (5 hours and included a tour of the Central Market – fabulous and fun!), our stay in the medieval walled town of San Gimignano, winery visits and tastings, and our tour of the Colosseum in Rome. There were a couple of small glitches with a tour company in Siena, but we contacted you right away and you took care of the problem immediately. It was extremely comforting to know that we had a responsive contact in Italy! (Thank you Monica!). All in all, we were more than pleased and will have great memories for years to come!
Monica – on a personal note, thank you for all of your work on this trip! I will be sure to recommend you and your agency to anyone I know planning a trip to Italy. You are the best!
