The trip was near perfect and clearly exceeded our expectations. I had been to Italy on business a while back but that’s very different when you go and focus on seeing and experiencing the country. Your step-by-step (page-by-page) itinerary was invaluable. The extra information you sent also had invaluable information but some of it we didn’t even read until the return.
