Rich and I want to thank you very much for planning our 1st trip to Italy. Our accommodations in each city/town were lovely and our travel from one city to the next was seamless. We are especially grateful that you were able to get us on a train during a transit strike so our trip wasn’t interrupted. The three private tours we did were great. We especially enjoyed the young girl who guided our tour of Murano and Burano in Venice (whose name I can’t remember) and Sabrina from LivItaly who guided us on the Vatican tour. Thank you also for suggesting that we visit Laveno Mombello which we loved. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and the food and ambiance of the restaurant at Hotel de Charme Laveno were wonderful.
