Hi Marcella! I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for designing the perfect vacation. We all had a wonderful time, and the hotels and activities you planned were great. We had a couple of hiccups, though. Two days before we were to leave, I could not locate our passports. After a bit of panicking on my part, Dwight found them. All is good. Alex and Allie’s flight from Orlando was running very late, and their luggage missed the connection in Dulles. Fortunately, it arrived the next day. They packed a change of clothes and toothbrushes in the carry-on, so they were OK until the next day.
It is a vacation to remember. You did a really great job, and I really appreciate your patience with my many, many questions. Hotel accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed each city we visited, but we absolutely loved Montepulciano, both the town and the villa. The staff was unbelievable, they addressed us by name starting with the first day. The personalized service is second to none! It was an amazing trip, thank you SO much!
