The trip and what we experienced far exceeded our expectations. Private tour with Anna at Pompeii was so informative and all encompassing. Ischia was beautiful. Our room with the balcony overlooking the sea was a dream. The boat tour, island tour and Negombo thermal park were fantastic. Sorrento’s Plaza hotel was so nice. Breakfast was superb and the staff so helpful and informative. All our drivers were always on time if not early and provided lots of information. Our driver Antonio for the Amalfi coast was great as was Guiseppi on Ischia. Macarena guided us on the four-hour E bike ride up to an olive oil farm where we had lessons on cheese and pizza making and enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Proprietors so welcoming and entertaining. Macarena was a gem! Her energy and friendliness as well as her knowledge of the land was something we will always treasure.
