Judy and I returned safely and on time from one of the most wonderful trips we have ever experienced, all with great thanks to you.
The timeliness of each of the transfers was impeccable, including an 03:30 water taxi on the night of a time change! Even more impressive were your tour guides. Encyclopedic knowledge, effusive personalities, flexibility to our interests, all traits exhibited by each and every one. From previous trips we expected at least one or two disappointing tours, but not with your people. And who knew that a ham, cheese, and vinegar factory tour could turn into a luncheon feast party! Your winery choices were also excellent. We have been on several winery tours in the States and both visits in Italy were more intimate and heartfelt. The bit of necessary downtime was very well timed, giving us a chance to recover before heading out again for the next adventure.
As we learned in Italy, phrases are often repeated three times, so
