We cannot thank you enough for planning our first trip to Italy. We told you we wanted to spend 10 days on a land tour in Italy prior to a cruise we had previously scheduled. We also asked for time in Rome, Florence, and Venice, while also visiting the rural areas in Tuscany. Time to enjoy wine and great food was important. We asked for nice hotels close to major attractions. We asked for private tours arranged to make efficient use of our time. We also needed private transfers and train reservations. You far exceeded our expectations on all aspects of our trip.

We were traveling as 2 adults and 2 children, and she did a fantastic job balancing the trip for everyone! She (and the company) were responsive to our needs before and during our travels. The trip arrangements were very nice and took into consideration our specific needs. Our travel planner at this travel company was great to work with and did her best to make our trip smooth and hassle free. She even helped ease our worries about a potential taxi strike while we were in Rome. The art, basilicas, and the valuable commentary the guides provided. St Mark’s square and St. Peter’s basilica are amazing.

Our trip planner from this travel team is the best! So professional, prompt, efficient and overall a fantastic person to work with. From the beginning she was on the ball and readily available to talk and respond to my inquiries within minutes! She packaged our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip to Rome, Florence & Venice (along with a side trip to Tuscany). No detail was missed.
