Hi Martina,
On prior trips, we did not use a travel agency and so I did not know what to expect. When Martina Nicolini from Cultural Italy first contacted me after my email inquiry, she told me that it was her job to make our trip memorable and to be exactly as we wanted it.
Martina more than delivered on her promise. I had many questions and proposed many changes to our itinerary. Martina was always readily available and helpful in making our trip a reality. No question or concern seemed to be too little to handle. She offered many wonderful suggestions. All I did was make requests and Martina did all the work! Martina was patient in helping us develop our plan.
When we started our trip, we found her selection of services to be impeccable.
Our accommodations were more than we could have asked for. Our tour guides and drivers were amazing. Martina knew that this trip was for our anniversary, and she even included a couple of little surprises. Martina remained available to us on our trip, arranging a last minute addition over our last weekend in Italy. Martina was the “guardian angel” of our dream anniversary vacation. We could not have asked for more from Martina and Cultural Italy. We would go to her again to plan another trip without any hesitation.
You did an amazing job and I will be forever grateful!
