The trip went perfectly and the itinerary worked out well. All of the transports were easy to find and the drivers were friendly. The tours that were booked in Rome were given by very nice and knowledgable guides and in small groups, which was nice. The drive to the Amalfi coast was very nice, the driver pleasant, and he chose nice spots to visit. The accommodations were very large and nice. Venice was nice and again the accommodations were beautiful, gondolas right outside our window. The location was great.
The best part of our trip was the Dolomites. The hikes were magnificent. The Hotel Menardi, was a really nice hotel and the family that ran it couldn’t be nicer and served as our hiking guides and telling us where to go and how to get there.
