We had a fantastic trip and appreciate all of your help.
The hotels were all great choices. Location was excellent and service outstanding at all hotels. You can look at Trip Advisor ratings but there is no substitute for an experienced professional who knows the properties and surrounding areas. We were centrally located within walking distance of major attractions and shopping, in safe neighborhoods, and close to good restaurants. Hotels were not the most expensive but each was an excellent choice. Very happy with all of them.
I have hired many private guides before and your guides were absolutely superb. All of them were highly educated in their fields, very experienced, good communicators and had excellent interpersonal skills. Would give all of them an A+ rating. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Recommend that you continue using them.
Several guides and hotel staff mentioned that they have been working with Cultural Italy for as long as 20 years. They value your long-term relationships and take care of your clients to maintain your business. We were not just one-time customers who they will never see again but a part of an important relationship that gives them incentive to preserve and gives us extra care and attention. This is a benefit that cannot be overlooked. I usually book direct with hotels and guides without using a travel agency but will definitely use you again when we return to Italy . . . there is so much more to see and do there . . . and to eat!!!
