My husband and I went on an amazing 12-day European vacation at the beginning of September that went off without a single hitch all thanks to Monica and Cultural Italy. This trip was booked on short notice and not once did Monica ever make me feel rushed or that anything we wanted to do wasn’t going to be possible. We began by telling her places we wanted to go throughout Italy and our interests in activities. She was able to take that conversation and craft an entire itinerary with hotels, transfers, and tours all planned out. We could then go back and suggest other hotels we wanted to consider or activities we would rather do instead, but she had it all covered from the start! When it came to meals, many of the restaurants I could book online myself. However, reservations at some of the truly authentic places could only be made by phone. Monica was able to call for us and even had reminders set for ones that only booked a certain amount of time out. While we were actually on the trip, she made sure to ask us if we needed anything which of course we did not because everything was so perfect! Some of our transfers to other hotels or the airport occurred during off hours and every single time a driver was waiting for us with a sign. Never once did I question if someone or something wasn’t going to go as planned and often found myself thinking, can it really be this good?! It really can, and it really was! Monica and Cultural Italy came recommended to me by a friend and I have since sent multiple people her direction for their future trip to Europe. We hope to be repeat customers and can’t wait to go back again!
