Just wanted to write you a quick note to shout out a big “Thank You” for arranging an extraordinary Italy experience for us.
My husband and I had never been to Italy so having a professional itinerary set for us with absolutely everything looked after was just amazing. We could have never handled all the travel arrangements including train tickets & transfers to/from locations ourselves, especially in a foreign country and foreign language.
From the moment we stepped off the plane until we got back on went perfectly. You were right on top of things as we traveled with regards to our one excursion which was canceled due to weather. You knew about it and advised us right away.
The accommodations were excellent, cooking schools, etc were all first class.
We will have lasting memories of this incredible trip that was hassle-free thanks to your dedication to providing top-notch service. It was a stress-free, no-worry vacation for us and nothing could be better.
