Hello Monica,
We never had a more perfectly planned vacation. Never did we think we’d ever experience anything so stress-free on our first trip to Italy. The hotels were perfect and location-wise were extremely convenient. All the transportation arrangements went without a hitch. We absolutely loved the girl who met us at the water taxi in Venice and took us to the train station. She would not leave our side. Not only did she wait with us until it was time to board our train but she actually boarded with us to show us to our seats. She was such a sweetheart. One of our guides was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. If you go to Florence, you must take a cooking class, what an experience! We were so impressed with our trip planner Monica that we plan to use her again on our next trip to Southern Italy next week. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!!
