My husband thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class in Siena. He said that the teacher was excellent as were the facilities at the cullinary institute. He was taught how to create a 5-course meal and came back to the hotel excited because his teacher said that he was a good cook. In January, we’re hosting a “Little Christmas in Italia” party for friends. During that time, they’ll be invited to join my husband in the kitchen, creating the dishes he learned how to create in Italy.
At the same time, I’ll be hosting an Italian wine tasting party in another room. We’re looking forward to it. We’d recommend the same school/teacher to other people. Thanks for asking and happy holidays.
