Hi Martina,
We wanted to thank you so much for arranging a trip of a lifetime for us! You worked so hard to customize it to cover all of our requests. It was exactly what we were hoping for…and so much more! The guides and drivers you set us up with were extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. The hotels were very nice and all in prime locations. We never had to worry, because you had all of our bases covered. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy our trip. The scenery, the history, the food, the wine, the people! I cannot recommend Italy, and also you Martina, enough to friends and family! Thank you for such a memorable trip!
I am glad I was not too much of a pain. 😉  It was a wonderful trip and even more meaningful to share it with my family after the last year.  Now more family want to go!  I will certainly be in touch with you if and when we plan another trip.  It was absolutely a pleasure working with you.  I feel like we have gained a wonderful friend!
P.S. – I forgot to tell you that by changing in hotels in Venice, we wound up eating in the restaurant next door the day we got in. My Aunt had the “BEST dessert she has ever had in her entire life!!!!” in that restaurant and it was the talk of the trip!  If we had been in a different hotel, we probably never would have come across that restaurant.  So, it worked out very well!  🙂
