Fabulous job Roberta!
Our guides – Tiberius and Sylvia in Rome, Charles and Fabrizio in Florence and Moise in Venice – were all extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Charles’ details on the David were fantastic, and Sylvia as well as Moise paced the tours perfectly, neither too rushed nor too slow. My only recommendation to improve the tours would be for a little summary at the beginning of each, including the length of each stop, breaks, etc.; This would have been particularly helpful at the Vatican, where we were told we had twenty minutes of free time, but it was really twenty minutes for the break and the Sistine chapel, so we were rushed through Sistine chapel, which was the highlight of our tour, and spent too much time in the apartments.
The hotels and staff were lovely and very helpful throughout and the transfers were generally timely.
