Hi Alessia, I have been meaning to send you a note, things have been crazy upon our return. We had a wonderful trip, you did a great job. Weather was fine, one day of spotty rain in Florence. I think we liked Tuscany the best, especially San Gimignano and Volterra. Don’t know if I spelled those right. Evan and I had a really fun afternoon at Gardaland as well. All the guides that you set up were very knowledgeable and personable. Hotel wise, Venice one was very nice, Sirmione was so-so, Rapallo very nice ( we enjoyed rapallo itself quite a bit), Tuscany very nice, Florence very nice and Rome was just ok. All in all Very Good. We had one bad day, we started in Lucca which was great, then we went on to Pisa where Danielle’s purse was stolen with 2 passports, her phone, our car keys, money and credit cards. We spent the rest of the day with the police and they recovered the two passports and car keys which they found thrown over a wall in some grass. These were the most important items so we moved on from there. You have a beautiful country which spectacular scenery and great food. We went to one of the restaurants in Venice that you suggested, (picture attached), and it was fantastic. This was our first night in Venice and it was by far the best meal we had all trip. It was all good, but this was amazing. Cinque Terra was beautiful as well. Another highlight was see The David, magnificent! We had such a good time and memories that will last a lifetime. We will be sure to recommend you to anyone we here going your way. Thank you for all your hard work.
