Everything was so great. The planning you put into our trip revealed itself throughout. Both hotels in Rome were classy and had wonderful breakfasts included. Staffs were very kind and polite.
The tours were fun, informative and our guides we enthusiastic. We were amazed by the two gentleman who did the Cinque Terra tour as they repeat the process 4 times per week but you could not tell.
The only small suggestion we have for you pertains to the Bike Tour. It is better to do this tour from Siena as compared to Florence as the bike location is only about 20km outside of Siena. it took almost 90 minutes to fight through the traffic to get to the bikes.
