Hi Roberta, We want to thank you for planning such an amazing trip for the six of us. I can’t think of any issues with our stay in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the hotel selections, guided tours and travel arrangements that you set up for us. Lerici turned out to be a favorite spot for all of us. It was relaxing and the beach was easily accsessible. We took the boat tour to Cinque Terra and got out at two of the towns to explore the area. There were great dining spots to walk to on either side of the Florida Hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant. The history in Florence was very interesting and the shopping was unlimited. The trip into Tuscany was simply beautiful and our stop at a vineyard was the perfect place to sample the local wines. Sorrento was also an enjoyable destination where we had a wonderful lunch on the Amalfi Coast and an interesting boat ride to the Isle of Capri. Our guides were knowledgeable – quite an interesting bunch of fellows! We even had the best weather possible while we were there. Did you plan for that, too? We really apprecite your thoughtful planning and hope to return someday.
