Dear Emanuela,
Many apologies for not sending this e-mail much sooner. After having so much time to reflect on our wonderful adventure, we thought it would be about time to let you know how much we enjoyed all the beauty of Italy and how much we appreciate a most impressive effort that you made in crafting such an excellent tour.
Your dedicated work did anticipate our every need. We found that each and every hotel that you’d arranged for us in our 5 city tour presented a perfect introduction to that city’s unique nature. Also, we have nothing but praise for our transportation arrangements, the comfort, and security of having personal service to and from the airports and train stations, the rail transport from city to city and the wonderful tours of Venice, Milan, Lake Como, Florence, the Tuscan wine tour, and a special shout out to the fun-filled cooking class in Florence, our day trip to Sienna, our adventures in Rome, the tour of the Coliseum and the ancient city, the ruins at Pompeii, and last but certainly not least, beautiful Sorrento and the Amalfi coast and one of our many favorite memories the private boat tour to and from Capri.
It’s difficult to describe all the intricate feelings that we take away from every detail of every beautiful day we’d spent, but we do know that it would not have been so special without your professional attention.
