DAY 1: ARRIVE IN SAN VITO LO CAPO
Upon arrival at Palermo airport, meet your private driver for transfer to your hotel accommodation in San Vito lo Capo. Check in at your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: TREK IN THE ZINGARO NATURAL RESERVE
Breakfast at the hotel. Today full day excursion to Zingaro natural reserve. Created in 1981, it stretches along the coast for 4 miles between the lovely little village of Scopello in the east, to near San Vito Lo Capo in the west. This park and its surrounding areas are one of the most beautiful parts of western Sicily. Stop for picnic lunch. Afternoon at leisure at the park and then return to San Vito Lo Capo. Dinner on your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 3:  DE TORRE SALSA NATURAL RESERVE TREK  & VALLEY OF TEMPLES AGRIGENTO
Breakfast at the hotel. Today is dedicated to conquer De Torre Salsa Natural Reserve, situated half way between Sciacca and Agrigento. The reserve comprises over 760 hectares of pristine coastline and around 3 miles of gorgeous sandy beaches. Created in 2000, it is managed by the WWF. Stop for picnic lunch. Continue to visit the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Excavated and partially restored, this area contains some of the best preserved ancient Greek buildings outside Greece itself and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check in at the hotel in Agrigento. Dinner on your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 4: BIRD WATCHING AT VENDICARE RESERVE AND BAROQUE ORTIGIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure to Vendicari reserve for bird watching experience. The reserve is located on the southern-most part of Sicily’s east coast, Vendicari is a mixture of lagoons sand dunes, rocky coastlines, and sandy beaches. Thousands of migrating birds pass a few days here on their way to or from Africa, so make sure to bring your binocular. Stop for picnic lunch. In the afternoon, reach Siracusa to discover the island of Ortigia, the baroque historical center of Siracusa. Check in at the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

DAY 5: HIKE ON MT ETNA
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning excursion to the Natural park of the Etna volcano. Mt. Etna is since 2013 a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hike up to the crate and enjoy the majesty of this glorious mountain. Lunch at your own. In the afternoon depart to the hotel in Catania. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

DAY 6: HIKE ON NEBRODI AND MADONIE MOUNTAINS
Breakfast at the hotel. Today discover additional two natural parks: the Nebrodi Mountains, with its 85,000 hectares, it is the largest in Sicily and Madonie Mountains, famous for it flora. There are over 2,600 different species of plants, many of which are endemic to the area. The colors are particularly beautiful in autumn and spring. Lunch on your own. Following the excursion, transfer to Palermo. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to the airport and departure. Arrivederci!
