We just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy! Although we originally booked it for April 2020, COVID prevented us from traveling until September this year. Marcella was great to work with and was able to keep our itinerary intact even though we had to change departure dates more than once. She had great advice and listened to what WE wanted to do! She was able to coordinate 4 cities, transfers, stays, and tours seamlessly, even 18 months after originally booked. We never felt like we were on our own, as drivers and tour guides were always there when promised.
When we did contact her with questions by text, we were amazed how quickly she responded with answers, I am not sure she ever sleeps!
When we expressed one concern with a room, there was a knock at our door within minutes moving us to a different room which was much more satisfactory.
Lastly, although we would have wished it was more crowded for the sake of Italy, the lack of crowds made our trip exceptional and we were able to capture pictures that would have never been possible when it was more crowded.
