Dear Monica,
Arrived home last evening and can not thank you enough for the arrangements and hotel you took care of for our trip. The transportation from Verona to Venice and Venice to the airport made our life much simpler and we were able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about the logistics — Hotel in Venice was lovely, near to everything but just far away from the maddening crowds; and the restaurant was great and a lovely bonus to come home to after a day of touring.
