Our vacation was awesome and all details were planned perfectly. We very much enjoyed every stop and the hotels chosen were very well located with great customer service.
Some of the highlights were visiting the glass factory in Murano but the unexpected visit to Burano was amazing. We had no idea about the history of lace on the island. We enjoyed the shops and small restaurants and only wished we had more time. Our guide was wonderful and took very good care of us.
The train to St. Moritz was mesmerizing with incredible scenery. On the trip over it was a little foggy so some sites were covered but we saw them all coming back. St. Moritz exceeded our expectations. We had nothing planned and walked the lake and couldn’t put the phone down as one scene was more beautiful than the other. We were fortunate as the mountains did get some snow. We took the tram to the top and had lunch overlooking the mountains and the lake. I would recommend to your future clients. The hotel was well located and one of our best dinners was in the restaurant in the hotel. They do have a complimentary shuttle to and from the train station for future reference.
We probably should have taken an earlier train if possible because we got to Lake Como late in the day. Como was great even though the weather was not the best. We did get our boat ride in before it rained. It’s a perfect way to see the lake. Our driver knew the lake very well and was accommodating. He took us to Bellagio and we ate lunch. We would have liked a little more time to walk around Bellagio.
Our last full day turned out to be fun. Because of the rain, we ended up going to the silk museum instead of a hike. It’s probably for the best because I don’t think we had the right footwear for the hike planned. The museum was incredible and brought back some memories as I used to go to Como for business.
Thank you for putting together a memorable vacation. Our only regret is we didn’t have more time because we were enjoying so much. We will be in touch again.
