I found Cultural Italy after feeling overwhelmed planning a 2-week family trip for 8 people coming from different cities in the US. I first filled out the contact us link on their website and received an email within hours that same day. After filling out the questionnaire with my preferences, Liliana and the team put together a draft itinerary for our trip. Cultural Italy’s draft itinerary contained a day-by-day breakdown of the tours, accommodations, and, most importantly, transfers between the cities. I worked with Cultural Italy for weeks to finalize the itinerary to contain all that I wanted my family to experience while in Italy. Once we finalized the itinerary, I got a final version with all of the passes for the tours and all of the details for meeting points with guides, weather, and miscellaneous things we should bring or leave at the hotel because of strict bag policies at the sites. Once we arrived in Italy, we were met by the driver right on time. It’s important to share that EVERY single thing was on time–the guides, the drivers, the photographer. All of the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient since we had seniors and a two-year-old toddler with our group. I wholeheartedly recommend Cultural Italy for all of your Italian vacation needs. The memories Cultural Italy planned for us will last us a lifetime!
