Cultural Italy

We had a fantastic time. Every detail was perfect. There were so many times during our trip that I said  
“I am so grateful for all of Martina’s expertise”. It made a world of a difference in our experience. All of the guides and hotels were fantastic.  Our favorite  place was Bologna because of the people, food, hotel and overall feel of feeling like a local. 
I was particularly grateful for the train tickets as each station was a bit busy, and often we found people sitting in our seats.We were luck that someone explained the ticketing system so that the other passenger found their seats. 
I cannot say enough about all that you did .

I can’t say enough about how amazing this trip was for us. It was the trip of a lifetime. Italy was something I knew I had to see, but I didn’t think it would affect me as it deeply as it did. Every inch of those cities was like out of a storybook and the lifestyle is so beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the non-tourist, residential areas and talked to so many people. I’ve been to many cities in Europe but nothing compares to this and I will definitely return.

Drivers were all friendly and always on time.

Hotels were also great choices - our favorite was The Plaza - Sorrento.

We are finally settled back in after our wonderful trip. We got just what we wanted out of it, and Sean's parents' eyes were opened to a wonderful country! We are so glad that we were able to rely on your expertise again. As for our guides, they all were wonderful - knowledgeable, patient, kept us on schedule. The woman who took us to the Uffizzi and Accademia stands out in my mind (I'm sorry I can't remember her name right now). Our hotels and the apartment in Florence also worked very well and were in good locations.

Here are a few sentences that you could use, if you choose to, and a picture of Sean and me from the Ponte Santa Trinito: "We have used Cultural Italy to plan two trips to Italy and Spain several years apart, one with our tweens and one with our parents. Each time, Fiorella listened closely to what we wanted and what kind of experience we hoped to have, and she crafted an itinerary with just the right amount of activity and downtime and plenty of opportunity to explore and learn. She was a true partner in making adjustments to schedules and destinations, and the results really were perfect. Our guides were knowledgeable, patient, and very good and what they do. We had an outstanding experience working with Cultural Italy for our trip. From the very beginning, they were easy to work with, responsive, and very accommodating as we planned our itinerary. Fiorella and Franca listened carefully to what we wanted and made adjustments along the way to fit our preferences.

The entire trip was extremely well organized. They provided a detailed agenda that made everything easy to follow and helped us feel prepared each day. The hotels they selected were outstanding, and every private driver was punctual, professional, informative, and arrived in very nice, clean vehicles.

The tour guides were excellent throughout the trip, especially at the major venues in Rome, where their knowledge and guidance made the experience so much richer. Everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally handled.

From accommodations, to guided tours, to cooking classes, and other experiences, our trip to Italy was fantastic. We had the right amount of time to explore mixed with planned experiences. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and detail with which you designed the entire trip.
Mike and I would especially like to thank and note our two very knowledgeable and personable drivers Catello with Parlato and Cozimo with Pugliamare. It was fun riding with them. We had some great conversations. We would also especially like to thank our guide at Herculaneum , Alassandro, who shared his passion on the history of the area. Hoping you can pass this along.
The accommodations, each unique in their own way, were delightful.
Thanks to Patrizia we can never fly standard economy again! Her advice on paying the extra for premium economy was worth it.
We would definitely seek your services again to help in planning a trip.. We loved the entire Puglia area, as you mentioned we would, and I especially loved the town of Locorotondo. We hope that one day we can return.

The trip was awesome, we made many wonderful new memories!! Tours were great and communication was easy with all contacts. Luca was an excellent tour guide in Rome! Great on pace and accommodating for the kids. Trains were easy and fast! Francessca was amazing and full of helpful tips. We left the stroller on accident when we left for Rome and she was kind enough to help is send it home! The walking tour of Florence was also a highlight. Here are some pictures for you, enjoy! Monica was our Travel Specialist at Cultural Italy who planned our 10 night trip to Rome, Florence, and Sorrento.  We were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience.  The planning process was very easy, thorough, and efficient.  No detail was left out.  Monica listened to what we were interested in seeing and planned a perfectly paced trip.  We contacted Monica only about 2 months prior to our departure and she was able to make it all happen.  Also, we were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and Monica made it as smooth as possible for us - arranging child seats for transportation, cribs, stroller friendly locations, hotels and areas that were within walking distance to many attractions.  During our trip, we needed assistance a few different times and Cultural Italy was readily available.  They truly went above and beyond to help in any way they could.  We made priceless memories with our family in Italy and will definitely be back to plan our next trip!
