I’ll just run down my trip with you but I was 100% satisfied with everything. All of the drivers and guides were on time, courteous and professional but I did have some favorites that I’ll tell you about.

We had a magnificent trip. Thank you for all you did. Your itinerary met our needs, was the correct pace and covered everything we asked for in our requests. All ground and water transportation was on time, profession and comfortable. Train was easy to navigate.

My daughter and I got home today. The trip was FANTASTIC!!! I would love to fill out an email from Zicasso, however I have not received one yet. I liked the hotels - they each had different character and were great in their own way.

I wanted you to know that we loved our trip to Italy. We were pleased with how everything layed out and went relatively smoothly. I'm not sure you new this but when we were in Rome the Pope gave a blessing to a statue across the street from our hotel. While watching the whole event from our roof we had a nice dinner.
