We just wanted to send a note of immense thanks. The trip you planned to Italy was one of the most thoughtful, carefully planned, exceptional experiences of our life.
I almost emailed you every day with gratitude for each of the special experiences you planned with literally, expert local guides and professionals who were extremely kind, enthusiastic and special in their own way.
Apologies, I have to call out a few favorites:
– The Singer Park Hotel was outstanding. I am so grateful you found this gem for us. The hotel is beautiful but the staff made it so comforting and welcoming. Skylar’s birthday was so wonderful.
– The guides. Maria in Rome and Claudio and Laura in Florence were amazing. We simply adored them all and they were incredibly talented in their own way.
– The transfers were perfect. Always early and courteous. Many of them even took time to point out sights along the way, particularly Renato Como, in Sorrento. By the way, the lunch in Sorrento was out of this world!!
– The highlight of the trip was of course dinner with Michaela and Mattius. She is just a lovely human with so much spirit and energy. We know you made special efforts to schedule this dinner and we appreciate it. It was a dinner we will never forget and we loved spending time with Michaela who us a beautiful person and talented chef!
On that note, we can’t wait to schedule our next trip to Italy and will only use you/Cultural Italy again. Several of the guides mentioned they love working with Cultural Italy because you take the time to use local professionals and services that provide quality experiences. We can see the care in your work and it shows.
