While our family celebration trip to Italy was challenged with flight cancellations, delays, and lost baggage, I must say that the ONE aspect of our trip that was perfect was the exceptional organization, planning, and customer service of Cultural Italy. From the start, Rita’s expertise in organizing trains, drivers, hotels, and tour guides was incomparable. But when our trip was delayed by a day due to airline issues, she and her counterpart, Liliana, were able to reorganize the trip in a matter of hours! While we were in Italy, the tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly loved to share what they knew about Italy’s history and culture. Oh, and no driver arrived on time – every single one was there early, waiting to take us on our day trips. I have to say in all honesty, the next time I go back to Italy to see other cities and sites, I will definitely work with Cultural Italy again. I know I can count on them to make my trip as seamless as possible! Now the airlines on the other hand…. 😉
