Five stars for my trip to Florence, Italy with Cultural Italy.
I am a last-minute planner and reached out to Cultural Italy only days before my trip. I am so happy I did. After speaking with many other tour agencies, Cultural Italy was the only one who met all my planning expectations: responsive, understanding, and accommodating.
I had a great experience with Ashleih, who planned our private tour. She was responsive to emails and phones calls and truly set up an unforgettable experience. Ashleih also paired us with an outstanding tour guide Emilia, who I highly recommend.
Emilia’s passion and knowledge of Florence’s history and culture, having lived there, made our tour that more special and worthwhile. She did an outstanding job touring us around the city, recommending the best eateries, and ensuring we arrived everywhere we wanted to be seamlessly.
