Dear Monica,
Eleanor and I were raving all throughout our trip about how happy we were that we found you to help us.
Our route to Sorrento and back again went so smoothly — we couldn’t have done it without you. Somehow you got us seats right next to our luggage on the train so we didn’t have to worry at all.
Everything in Sorrento was fascinating. Capri was like a dream. The Amalfi Drive burned brilliant memories into my mind, proving John Steinbeck’s words — places like Positano and Ravello do bite deep.
I’d like to especially express my gratitude for our cooking tour at Fattoria Terranova. Our cook and guide Francesca taught us how to make delicious pizza using mozzarella we had just hand-made and let us freely explore their beautiful restaurant and farm. This may have been one of my favorite moments of the trip — I was thrilled to experience this with my good friend and we enjoyed every moment of it.
We are grateful to you, Monica, for helping us with your kindness and knowledge, and putting us at ease while planning our trip. You have helped create lasting impressions of the Amalfi Coast, and for that, we thank you so much!
