Dear Franca and Fiorella,
Susan and I want to say..Grazie Mille!..for doing such a wonderful job planning our trip to Italy (Oct 7 – Nov 8, 2019). We had a fantastic time seeing Italy from top to bottom. It was well worth it.
All of the drivers and tour guides that were assigned to us did a superb job. Three of our drivers in particular went above and beyond to help us. Reno in Milan helped with our shoe needs (my shoe soles separated from the shoe), Mauricio in Asissi helped us at a post office to mail some things back home, and Roberto in Taormina helped us with the city archives in Itala. These three were so warm and friendly and they were so genuine in their willingness to help us. Paisanos for sure!
All of our accommodations were superb and met all of our expectations.
We found you both to be very professional. You answered all of our questions immediately and you were so helpful from beginning to end. We won’t hesitate recommending you and your company to our friends. Ciao!
