Livestream Cooking Class from Vicenza
Learn Gnocchi al Ragú from home cooks Mirone and Angelo broadcasting live from Vicenza in the Veneto Region.

Here is the recipe ingredient list and
what needs to be prepared ahead of time for the cooking class which will serve 2-4 people.
 
For the Gnocchi:

- 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) of potatoes
(Please peel and boil the potatoes for 30-40 minutes before the class).

- 10 ounces (300 grams) of flour, type 00

- 1 egg 

- nutmeg 

- salt

For the Ragú:

- 1 pound (500 grams) of ground meat (beef and pork mixed)

- 3.5 ounces (100 grams) of veggies  (carrot, celery, onion)
(Please cut in small pieces before the class)

- 170 ounces (500 cl) of crushed tomatoes (passata or polpa di pomodoro)

- 1 glass of red wine

- salt and pepper

- clove, cinnamon

- fresh rosemary
